Privacy on Tomer Norman’s portfolio

This page describes the data handling implemented by tomer-norman.dev. Tomer Norman operates this personal portfolio. For a privacy question or a request concerning a message you sent, contact me@tomer-norman.dev.

Contact messages

The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject, and message. The site’s server passes those fields to Resend to deliver an email to my inbox, and uses your address as the reply-to address. Messages are used to read and respond to your inquiry. The form does not create an account or publish your message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or medical information through it. You can ask me to delete a message by emailing the address above; include enough context to identify it.

Analytics and hosting

Vercel hosts the site. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are integrated to measure visits and page performance. When configured, Umami records page visits and interactions such as project link clicks, contact form events, and article reading progress. These providers process request and usage information according to their own services. See Vercel’s privacy policy, Umami’s documentation, and Resend’s privacy policy for their practices. Hosting and delivery providers may also retain operational logs.

Browser storage and external content

The site saves your theme preference in your browser’s local storage. Clearing site data removes that preference. Project links lead to external websites with their own policies. Playing an embedded project video loads YouTube content, which can involve requests to YouTube and its associated services.

Public agent access

The Markdown endpoints and portfolio MCP server expose public portfolio information, project descriptions, and published blog posts. They do not provide access to contact messages, private repositories, or personal records. The MCP server does not require an account and has no tools that change data or send messages. Requests still pass through the hosting infrastructure described above.
